When you create an account and profile, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, photo, bio, golf details (home course, handicap, skill level), business details (industry, role, company), location (city, and approximate coordinates for distance-based search), and availability. If you sign up with LinkedIn, we receive the profile information you authorize LinkedIn to share.
We store connection requests, messages between connected users, proposed and completed rounds, post-round feedback (including whether a round led to a business conversation), and referral activity.
We use it to operate the Service: matching you with other professionals, showing your profile in search results to other users, enabling messaging and round scheduling, sending transactional emails (like referral invitations), and measuring product performance in aggregate.
Your profile is visible to other users of the Service as intended by its networking purpose. We use third-party service providers to operate the Service — currently a database and authentication provider (Supabase) and a transactional email provider (Resend), and in the future a payment processor for paid subscriptions. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
You can review and update most of your profile information at any time from your account settings. You can decline to provide optional fields such as location or availability.
The Service is intended for working professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
Questions about this policy, or requests to access or delete your data, can be sent to the contact address listed on our website.
